With the decline of non-electronic musical genres over the past twenty years, our mission to reinvigorate interest in Guitar, Bass, Drums, Voice, and Piano is more relevant than ever.

SUMMER CAMP

Students of all ages learn to play as bands with group music lessons and their instruments of choice.

Music has a powerful influence on young and old, and the power of music can change your emotions, your day, and even your life. There is just something about being inside rock bands that changes everything. If you don’t have the time and energy to form a rock band organically, Rawk U School of Music can help. The program offered at Rawk U School of Music caters to music students of all ages and will match you with musicians that share your interests and skill level. Students learn to play together to jam in a rock band setting, and Rawk U School of Music will show you the ropes.

CAMP 1: SONGWRITING WORKSHOP

$475 per student

In this week-long course, Vocal/Piano instructor and songwriting extraordinaire Jessica Fisch delves into what makes songs tick. Through “songwriters retreat” style activities, campers will find their inspiration and turn it into a song to be finessed over the course. Learn what tools you can use to set you on the path to start pulling your own ideas and creating songs of your very own. All instruments welcome.

CAMP 2: ADVANCED GUITAR TECHNIQUES

$475 per student

In this camp, Guitar instructor extraordinaire Jessie Wexler will show you the tips and tricks of the trade to significantly up your game on your journey to guitar herodom. Ideas such as finger tapping, soloing, artificial harmonics and much more will be delved into and broken down.

JULY 21ST - 25TH: 10:00AM - 1:00PM - M-F

CAMP 3: ROCK BAND LITE

$475 per student

In this camp, kids who aren’t quite ready to join our Grace The Stage rock band program, get a taste of what its like to communicate and play with other aspiring musicians. Instructor Jessie Wexler will lead the young players and display and discuss the inner workings of band dynamics. Kids will get a feel for what its really like to be in a band.
