Rawk U School of music is East Falls' only rock based music school.
We curently offer top notch instruction in all aspects of Guitar, Bass, and Drums.
In your lessons amongst a variety of other things you will be taught: Songs(that you like!), chords, Scales, traditional notation, and Tab. Ear Training(how to figure out songs on your own), and Soloing concepts. The teacher lights the way along the path, and it is the students job to follow and walk along and then take their own way. For students that have one year of playing under their belts, we offer Rock Class. This is where students of similar experience get together for 8 weeks, and then play a show at a real philly rock venue afterwards. The classes are themed. Founder of Rawk U School of Music is Daniel Cullen. Daniel has toured much of the United States with his many musical projects,and now runs the school full time. He studied guitar privately for many years and attended Berklee College of music in Boston as well as attaining a BFA degree from The University of Delaware.

Hello! I'm Evan Smoker, a professional drum instructor and performer. I am a graduate of the University of the Arts, and I perform regularly with several local groups, including The Extraordinaires, Virtual Virgin, Cabaret Red Light, and Buffalo Stance. As a teacher, I can get beginners up and learning the basics of technique and musicality, and I can help more advanced students to sharpen skills and develop a unique style. Ultimately, I will teach you how to ROCK.
